The Arctic Ingeneering Dormitory in Sisimiut
Follow the construction of "Apisseq", the new dormitory for arctic engineering students in Sisimiut. The dormitory will when finished in August 2010 consist of 37 rooms and will be equiped with a 160 square meter solarpanel. Apisseq is the Greenlandic word for an ice bear hibernation.

The Arctic Technology Centre offers engineering students the opportunity to obtain skills within the field of arctic engineering. The course is starting up ultimo February 2010 and includes a 3-weeks fieldwork in Greenland in August 2010.
